Publication Frequency

The Indonesian Journal of Islamic Law (IJIL) is published biannually, with issues released in June and December. Each issue primarily consists of a minimum of six (6) original research articles and may include up to eight (8) articles depending on editorial considerations and the outcome of the peer-review process. In addition, issues may occasionally feature supplementary contributions in the form of review essays (book reviews) and practical notes (research notes), subject to editorial evaluation, relevance, and availability.

IJIL is committed to maintaining transparency and consistency in its publication frequency and issue composition, in line with the Principles of Transparency and Best Practice in Scholarly Publishing (COPE, DOAJ, WAME, OASPA).
