Copyright and Licensing
Authors who publish with the Indonesian Journal of Islamic Law (IJIL) agree to the following terms:
1. Copyright: The authors retain the copyright to their articles. The publisher (Postgraduate Programme of UIN Kiai Haji Achmad Siddiq Jember) is granted the right of first publication.
2. Licensing: All articles are licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0), which permits use, distribution, and reproduction in any medium, provided the original work is properly cited and shared alike.
3. Author’s Rights: Authors may enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the journal’s published version (e.g., posting to institutional repositories, personal websites), with acknowledgement of its initial publication in IJIL.
4. Publisher’s Responsibilities: The publisher ensures that articles remain permanently accessible and preserved through indexing databases and repositories.
