This issue has been available online since November 1, 2020, as the regular issue for December 2020. All articles in this issue (five original research articles) were authored or co-authored by ten authors from 2 countries, Indonesia and China.

The institutions such as Ocean University, Universitas Padjadjaran, Universitas Diponegoro, PGRI University Palembang, Balikpapan University, Batam International University, Batanghari University, Riau Islands University, Yogyakarta "Veteran" National Development University, and a public university in Makassar.

These articles not only enrich our understanding of Islamic legal principles in practical scenarios but also underscore the resilience and dedication of our team in overcoming challenges to bring forth meaningful academic contributions. Despite the difficulties in data gathering, our commitment to providing thoughtful and thorough explorations of Islamic law remains unwavering. We are proud to present some of these articles to you!
